Wall Sit

A straight forward basic exercise and an exercise that everyone can do. A fan favourite.

You’ll find this extremely tough on your quads. Lactic acid builds up quickly and you’ll soon be wanting to stop but on the positive this will give you killer definition in your legs.

Also a nice little ab exercise. To squeeze everything you can out of the exercise super set it with a prone hold.

You can use this as an ‘in-betweener’ exercise and i would recommend doing this towards the end of your circuit.

Aim to hold for 1 minute.
