Well I’m guessing you’re not that familiar with this circuit training exercise.
The walk out push up delivers the same muscle stimulation that a bodyweight push up will but with the added use of your core and hamstrings makes this a near full body exercise.
Now if you want to get real crazy try combining the push up with a hip touch with a walk out.
Whoa I’m getting dizzy just thinking about it!
