Technique is super, dooper important when perform the kettlebell swing. If you know of someone who uses KB’s then approach them for a quick technique check.
Ladies, you should be starting with an 8kg kettlebell and gents if your accustomed to exercise then get your hands on a 16kg KB but if your new or returning to exercise then stick with 12kg.
