Skipping can also be used as part of a warm up but there is no doubting the benefits of skipping as part of your workout.
Other ‘in-betweener’ exercises are the bear crawl, burpee, star jump and mountain climber. Use a minimum of 2 of these as ‘in-betweener’ circuit training exercises.
