One of the best lats/core circuit training exercises you can do. I love this exercise because to watch someone do it you think “yea, piece of cake” but to get down there you’ll soon find its harder than it looks.
Similar to the jack knife in that you’ve got to lock your body in. Tense your abs, your bum cheeks and pull the weight up towards your ribs.
You can see Katie is doing the pulling movement with her elbow pointing out and this makes the exercise more difficult as opposed to letting your elbow bend backwards.
This exercise works your lats, core, shoulder, and triceps. Enjoy
