This is an exercise designed to strength your core/abs. Keep your abs switched on, your shoulders back, arms straight but elbows soft.
Don’t let your bum rise up and tuck your knees in, in a controlled manner.As you can see Katie keeps her body very flat and tucks her knees up to her chest. The key to this circuit training exercise is to take your time and control the swiss ball.
