Goblet Squat

Take your feet a little bit further apart than your regular bodyweight squat, point your feet out and sit into it as low as you can go.

As i mentioned above, try and get as low as you can go in your squat and push up through your heals.

You can use a kettlebell, a dumbbell, a weight plate or even a heavy rock, but ideally a kettlebell :)
