Bodyweight Squat

This circuit training exercise can be performed as just a bodyweight squat or it can be a weighted squat. Strong men squat incredible weight upwards of 300kg!

This is a great exercise for all round quad, glut, calf and core strength. Be sure to lower your bum so your quads are parallel with the ground.

Be careful not to go to low as that will add stress to your lower back.

I love this exercise. Be prepared to build legs of steel if you’re lifting heavy or the rear end of your dreams as one of your circuit training exercises.
